Every purchase includes the following :
- Inndoor Server and one User Client - Lifetime License.
- Inndoor User Guide.
- 12 Months Free Software Upgrades.
- Any onsite support will be charged.
Single Computer License allows installation of the Software on only one computer. Once installed, you cannot transfer the license to a second computer. If you wish to run another copy of the User Client in another computer you must purchase another User Client.
The Lifetime License is PERMANENT, i.e. it does not expire. You are also entitled to 12 months of free software upgrades. This means you can get newer versions of the software within one year of your purchase at no further cost. You can purchase the upgrade version after 1 year to continue receiving updates for another year.
Services
For software setup, installation and on-site training our rate is $100 per hour EX GST with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
To purchase Inndoor PMS - Booking module
Step 1: Please email us about your requirement with the following information:

Step 2: If you wish to trial the Inndoor PMS first before purchasing we will send you a zip file for installation and a trial license license key which is valid for 30 days.
Step 3: If you are satisfied with the Inndoor PMS and wish to proceed with a full license then please email us for a valid license key and the number of user clients required. Note you will not be able to run the software after the trial expiry date.
Step 4: We will send you a tax invoice. Payment can only be accepted via direct deposit into our account.
Step 5: Once payment is confirmed we will email to you the full license key.
Step 6: Follow the instructions provided with the full license key to activate the full license. Once the software license is activated you can continue using the software with all your previous settings and database intact.
